Refund policy

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us with photos/images of tracking information within 14 days for a solution.We will do our very best to fix the issue.

If your item has been lost in transit we will investigate why this happened only after 5 business days past the expected delivery date.

All items are handmade, and Meagan takes extra care to make sure items are sewn properly, and with enough strength that they will last you a long time. If you get an item and notice that it has come apart anywhere please take photos and get in contact within 1 business day of receiving your item/

If an item is damaged or faulty please send through photos. If we agree that item is damaged or faulty, you, the buyer, will be required to return the item to us within 3 business days of final communication and upon receiving your item, a refund or replacement will be issued.

We do not issue refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. 

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

If we do, at our discretion, accept a cancellation request, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Shipping costs are non refundable.
