Within Australia:



Light items (scrunchies, hair ties, mug rugs & bookmarks) are available for purchase with the following prices. Envelope postage (untracked) is $4*. Tracked envelope postage is $6.50, tracked postage is $10 and express shipping is $13. *please note: if your order contains more than 3 items (regardless of what they are) and you pick the untracked envelope option your items may be sent in more than one envelope. 


Book sleeves are shipped at a flat rate price of $10, this includes tracking. Book bundle buddies are priced at $40, signed copies of The Rise of Delilah and Miracle of Delilah bundles with half of each sale going to The Kai Eardley Foundation are priced at $20 per book and the duo bundle with both books signed and personalised are priced at $40. All of these options come with either standard postage ($10) or express postage ($15), both include tracking. 

All items sent via standard post will be delivered within 2 - 6 business days dependant on Australia Post. All items sent via express post will be delivered within 1 - 2 business days dependant on Australia Post. PLEASE NOTE: there is currently delays with deliveries due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Express is still the quickest way to receive your order as Aust Post priorities them.

Perth pickup:

All Perth orders are welcomed to be picked up from our office (in the Cockburn area) free of charge. To do this, simply use the code 'PICKMEUP' when checking out. Once. your order is placed the team will contact you to organise a collection time. Collection days are currently set at: Thursdays and Saturdays (from 10AM - 6PM). Other arrangements can be made when the team contacts you should these days/times not work for you.

Processing time:

Due to the wide variety of items that Meagan Jane Designs offers we now only make items as they're ordered. However, Meagan works hard to ensure all orders are sent out as quick as possible. Depending on what you order most orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days after they're received. 

PO Boxes:

We happily accept PO Box orders.

Tracking your order:

Once your order has been dispatched from our office, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

If you haven't received a tracking email from us after 3 business days (since placing your order), please contact and we will follow this up for you. 

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave your parcel in a safe place, if for some reason it seems unsafe they will leave a card and take your parcel to your local Australia Post office or attempt a redelivery.


Please get in touch before placing an order if you live outside of Australia. We will give you a few different options/quotes for you to determine if you'd like to place an order. Prices will depend on where you're located and what you're ordering. We will do our best to accommodate you but shipping costs are out of our control and may be expensive.
